Wild Ginger Kitchen
Band Bio
Wild Ginger Kitchen was started eight years ago by Ginger Britt Daniels and was originally an original rock band. Over the years, the band has morphed into a soulful blues experience, playing mostly cover tunes from the likes of Elmore James, Sippy Wallace, Muddy Waters, and Ike and Tina Turner. Ginger is “a tight little package with a red head of wildness.” She performed on Broadway and in National Tours of The Who’s Tommy, among other shows. She also toured as a drummer in girl punk bands, Nauty Pet and The Lulabelles. Her band is comprised of two guitarists, an internationally successful blues harp player, a bass, and drums. The band plays all over Los Angeles, and draws a huge beachside crowd.
